Safe VS Healthy

There’s a constant debate about one food or one drink item being safe or not. One needs to understand that “being safe doesn't mean being healthy”.

Refined flour is safe but it is not healthy. 

Refined sugar is safe but it is not healthy. 

Alcohol is safe but it is not healthy. 

Smoking is safe but it is not healthy. 

In the long term, they don't remain safe as well. There are so many diseases that are caused. And, one thing we need to understand is that  anything that is legal is safe. That is why it is legal. But that doesn't mean it is healthy. Don't start consuming food or drink items just because they are safe if you want to be fit, all your life.
