Answer by Ashish Lal: So, if we divide the body into two parts, upper body and lower body. For upper body you can do push-ups. There are different kinds of push-ups. Push-ups helps you build not just your chest but also your shoulders, your upper back, your biceps, your triceps, your forearms, so almost entire upper body is taken care of. For lower body you can do lunges and squats, so that will also take care of your lower back plus your legs. So you can just do push -ups and lunges or squats and then after ending it is very important to do Surya Namaskars for stretching because without stretching your body will get stiff. So I think that's a very good full body exercise plan.
