All the digital products, such as online video courses, coaching, memberships, etc. that you purchase from this website, come under the brand name RedAsh TV, whose parent company is RedAsh Films Private Limited, a 15-year-old company.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before you purchase any digital product from RedAsh TV website, please read the terms and conditions given below. If you purchase any digital product, it is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
By purchasing any digital product from RedAsh TV website through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.
These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.
1. Orders, Payments and Delivery
1a) Once you purchase a digital product, you will get the link, login id and password to access the product either immediately or at max within 15 minutes of purchase. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to [email protected].
1b) You can go for membership for a period when all digital products will be available. You can also purchase one particular online video course for a lifetime - in such a case, the course will be available for a lifetime, and you can view it as many times as you want, for however long that you want.
1c) The recorded online video courses do not come with any free one-on-one interaction with the course creator; for one-on-one coaching, you need to apply and purchase a single-session coaching or a multiple-session coaching package
2. Refund/Cancellations
For any online digital product, such as memberships, courses, coaching, etc., be it in video, audio, text, eBook or any other format, purchased from RedAsh TV website at a price of $99 USD or less, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
However, for any online digital product purchased from RedAsh TV website, of price equal to or more than $100 USD, we follow a 7-day full refund policy. Once you have purchased any product at $100 USD or above and for any reason, you want a refund, you have to email us at [email protected] within 7 days, or 168 hours to be precise, of paying for the course. Your refund will be activated within 72 hours of receiving the email and you shall receive your money back generally in the next 7 days; the exact number of days will depend upon the payment service provider used such as PayPal, Stripe etc. and the time taken by them.

3. Access Duration - Lifetime vs Others
It's clearly mentioned in the sales pages and payment pages which course is for a Lifetime and which course is for a certain duration, for example for 1 year. Please note that at RedAsh TV, Lifetime access means access for 10 years. Hence, if you purchase a course on 02 January 2025 for a Lifetime, you will have access to it till 01 January 2035. Suppose you purchase a course for 1 year on 02 January 2025, you will have access to it till 01 January 2026.
4. Privacy

4b) The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of the website herein. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy herein are acceptable to them.
